The process is intentionally slow.

All mail is sent using standard stamped post to keep the experience simple and accessible. This means tracking is not included.
All monthly mail is prepared and posted during the first week of each month.

If you join before the end of the current month, you will receive the following month’s edition.

Delivery times vary by location.
Ireland and EU orders typically arrive within a few business days after dispatch.

International orders may take up to 21 business days.

This slower pace is part of the experience. It allows space between sending and receiving, and brings back the feeling of something unexpected arriving through the letterbox.

• Storage: Keep flat in protective sleeves or envelopes. Avoid placing heavy items on top.

Stickers

• Safety: Keep out of reach of children under 3 years old due to small parts.
• Usage: Apply to clean, dry surfaces. Avoid delicate surfaces where stickers may cause damage or leave residue.
• Storage: Store in a cool, dry environment. Use protective folders or pouches to prevent damage.

Other Materials (Kraft Envelopes & Printed Cards)
