How long does dispatch take?
Most orders are ready to post within 1-2 working days. Personalised items follow the same timeline unless stated otherwise on the product page.
Is the foil real foil?
Yes. All foil elements are applied by hand using real metallic foil in our Mallow studio. Light reflection and texture vary naturally - that is part of the handmade quality.
Are Printarelle cards blank inside?
Most greeting cards are blank inside. This gives you space for your own handwritten message. Any exception is clearly stated on the product page.
Can I personalise every product?
Most products are fully personalised. You add names, dates, locations or a personal message at checkout. Personalisation fields appear on each product page.
Do you ship outside Ireland?
Printarelle ships to Republic only at this time, if you are looking to buy from outside of Ireland please contact me first. Shipping options and costs appear at checkout after you add your address.
Do cards come with envelopes?
Yes, every card comes with a kraft envelope. Cards ship flat in protective packaging. Upgrade options for luxury or coloured envelopes are available on some products.
Do prints arrive framed?
Prints arrive unframed. This allows you to choose a frame style that suits your space.
