Yes. A proof preview will be sent to you before production begins so you can confirm all details are correct. This includes spelling, layout, and design elements.

At this stage, you’ll also be able to make small adjustments if needed. To make the process smooth and fast, please include your preferred contact method when placing your order  either an email address or a WhatsApp number where you can easily be reached.

Once the preview is approved, the design will move into production.

Yes, but only if the order has not yet gone into production. If you need to change anything, contact us as soon as possible. Once the making or printing process has started, changes may no longer be possible.

Not at all. You can upload rough inspiration images, sketches, or examples. These are only used to understand your idea and style direction. The design will be adapted into a clean, finished topper suitable for printing.

Production time depends on current workload and design complexity. Once your request is submitted with all the correct details, it moves into the design process. Providing complete information helps avoid delays and ensures a smoother turnaround.
