How long does it take to process my order?
Our standard processing time for foil tickets is 3-5 business days before they are shipped. Since each ticket is custom-made, we take extra care to ensure high-quality results.
If you need your order sooner, rush processing may be available for an additional fee. Please reach out before placing your order to confirm availability.
Shipping times depend on your location. If you chose shipping with tracking you’ll receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Our standard foil ticket size is DL 9.9cm x 21cm / 3.9"x8.3", providing a sleek and professional look. This size is ideal for event tickets, gift experiences, and special occasions, fitting well in envelopes and presentation boxes.

- Europe – Estimated 5-10 business days depending on customs processing.
- USA & International – Typically 7-21 business days, but can take longer during peak periods.
We provide tracking if you pick tracking at checkout orders, so you can monitor the status of your delivery. For standard shipping tracking is not available

If there is a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong personalization, incorrect foil color), we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the issue.

Proofs typically add 1-2 days to the processing time. Once you approve the proof, we begin the foiling and printing process immediately.
