Returns and Refunds Policy

Printarelle takes great pride in delivering personalized, made-to-order products that bring your visions to life. We understand how important it is for your order to be just right, and we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.

Our Returns and Refund Policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and straightforward so you can feel confident and cared for throughout your shopping experience with us. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how we handle cancellations, returns, refunds, and other aspects of your orders.

Premade Products – Returns and Refunds

For Premade Products (items not personalized or customized), we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

1. Returns

You may return any premade product within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in a saleable condition. To return a product, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email us at info@printarelle.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Return the Product: We will provide you with return instructions. Please ensure the item is packed securely to avoid damage during return shipping.
  • Return Postage: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure the product reaches us safely.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please note that, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the returned items, excluding shipping fees.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us immediately at info@printarelle.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund for defective or faulty items.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for premade products. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like.


Personalized Items – Returns and Refunds

For Personalized Items (including custom foil tickets, personalized prints, and custom gift products), returns and refunds are handled differently due to the nature of these products. Customized products are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged.

1. Personalized Items – Refunds and Returns

Personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to the customized nature of the product. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all details (e.g., names, dates, messages) provided for personalization are accurate before submitting your order.

  • If an error is made by you (the customer) in providing the personalization details, unfortunately, we cannot accept the return or offer a refund for the item. Please ensure all information is correct before confirming your order.

2. Production Errors – Refund or Replacement

If the mistake is on our side (such as a misprint or incorrect personalization during production), we will take full responsibility. In such cases, we will:

  • offer a full refund or
  • Ship you a new, corrected product at no additional charge.

In this case, you will not need to return the incorrect product. We’ll correct the issue and ensure you are delighted with the new product.

3. Cancellations

As personalized products are made-to-order and often enter production shortly after the order is placed, cancellations are impossible once production begins.

  • If the order was created using our web-to-print editor, a cancellation can only occur before the order enters production or is dispatched.
  • If our design team has begun working on your personalized product, cancellations are generally not possible. If you wish to cancel before production begins, a 80% refund may be issued.

Cancelation is not feasible once your personalized order has entered production or been dispatched.


General Information for All Products

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made items unless faulty or damaged.
  • Gift cards and downloadable products are also non-returnable.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount unless the item is defective or incorrect.
