We offer both Standard and Registered shipping options. The prices vary depending on the weight of your package and your location. Below is a breakdown of the shipping costs, notice that price also might change depending on An Post package tariffs:

Delivery Information

At Printarelle, we aim to deliver all products and services to you or your gift recipient efficiently and on time. We understand that receiving your order in perfect condition is crucial to ensuring a great shopping experience.

Deliveries by An Post
Orders are shipped via standard An Post untracked post. We’ve found their service reliable, and we trust that you will, too. Deliveries within Ireland typically take 1-2 days from dispatch. Please allow for a few days during busier periods, like the holiday season.

You will receive a dispatch notification once your order has left us.

We also use An Post for international orders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and delivery times vary by region. Please check the information below.

Shipping Notes

  • Standard Shipping: This is our most affordable shipping option. However, please note that Standard Shipping does not include a tracking number, which helps us lower the shipping cost. If tracking your package is essential, we recommend upgrading to Registered Mail for peace of mind.

  • Registered Mail: If you want to track your package, we recommend upgrading to Registered Mail. This option includes tracking, and once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times for international orders may vary. Depending on the destination country, additional customs charges may apply.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Delivery Times: Typical delivery times are 2-5 business days within Ireland, 5-7 business days within the EU and UK, and 7-14 business days for international orders, though delays may occur depending on local conditions.

Customs, Duties, and Local Taxes
If you are located outside the EU, customs charges, taxes, and/or import duties may apply when your order enters your country. Please note that Printarelle is not responsible for any of these charges. The person placing the order or the recipient is responsible for paying these fees.

Missing / Lost Packages
For orders sent within Ireland via untracked An Post, please reach out if you haven’t received your order within 10 working days from dispatch. Email: info@printarelle.com

Top Tips
Before contacting us, it’s worth checking with neighbors or colleagues to see if they received your parcel on your behalf. You can also check for an “attempted delivery” card left by the postal worker. If delivery was attempted while you were away, you may need to collect your parcel from your local Post Office or An Post depot.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct, and include your full Eircode or postal code for smooth delivery. Printarelle cannot be held responsible for any issues arising from incorrect delivery address details.

Damage in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately, and no later than 14 days from receipt. Sending photos of the damage will help us assess the cause and extent. Once we receive the details and photos, we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution. Email: info@printarelle.com

Please do not return damaged items unless we specifically ask you to. If a return is required, we will request it in writing. Should you need to return any goods, please use standard An Post or any local shipping company and keep proof of shipment until we confirm that the item has been received and inspected. We will be in touch once the return has been processed.
