Certain products may be available exclusively online. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return and Refund Policy. Due to the handmade and hand finished nature of our products, colours and textures may vary slightly from those shown in product images. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be perfectly accurate.

Section 6: Personalised and Custom Products

Personalised items are made to order specifically for you. Once production has begun, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes to personalised orders. Personalised items are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, as they are clearly personalised goods made to your specification. Please review all personalisation details carefully before placing your order.

Section 7: EU Consumer Rights, Right of Withdrawal

For non-personalised items, EU consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you can submit a withdrawal request through your account at https://account.printarelle.com using the return option on your order. If you checked out as a guest, email info@printarelle.com with your order number and the subject line "Withdrawal Request". We will acknowledge your request without delay. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item. Refunds, including the standard delivery cost you originally paid, will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods in their original, unused condition. This right is provided in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013. Section 8: Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all orders.
