Children do not care about a booking reference. What they respond to is the moment they work out where they are going, and these cards are built to create it. The destination sits behind real foil and stays there until the card is opened, so the trip gets announced properly rather than mentioned in passing weeks before it happens.
Theme park designs cover Disneyland, Legoland, Alton Towers, Drayton Manor, Thorpe Park, Emerald Park and Pleasure Beach. The Christmas side covers the Santa Train, Santa's Experience, the Polar Express and Lapland, and there are Hogwarts letter reveals for children who would rather have that than a park. Will a child understand what it is?
Yes. The design says where they are going in plain words with a picture to match, and the reveal is the fun part. For younger children, read it with them.
Is it safe for a young child to open?
Yes. It is a card, not a toy. The panel is scratched off with a coin, and nothing comes loose from it. For younger children it is worth doing the scratching together.
Can you do a destination that is not listed?
Yes. Several designs are written to take any destination. The skyline and world map designs are named for the city they show, so if the place you want is not here, message me and I will point you at the design that suits.
How long before it arrives?
Made to order and dispatched within 2 to 4 working days, then standard An Post delivery within Ireland.
What if I spot a mistake in the details?
Message me straight away. If it has not gone to print yet I will fix it at no cost. Once it is printed and dispatched, a replacement is a paid reprint.
