About these Cards for Uncle

Uncles are chronically underserved by card shops, which is odd given how many of them there are and how reliably they turn up. Great uncles, uncles by marriage and the family friends who have been called uncle for so long that nobody remembers why are all fair game here.

The tone leans dry and funny, since that is generally the relationship, with a few plain foil designs for the milestone birthdays where a slagging would be the wrong call.

Every card is made to order in my studio in Mallow, County Cork, printed on heavyweight cardstock and sent blank inside with a kraft or white envelope. Real foil is pressed by hand, so it moves in the light rather than sitting flat like printed gold. If the gift is a match or a gig, the foil keepsake cards reveal it.
