Custom order questions
How long does a custom order take?
Most custom cards, toppers, and prints are quoted within 1 to 2 working days, then handmade and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of your approval. Let us know your event date and we will confirm it fits.
Can I see a design before it's made?
Yes. We send a preview of your design before anything is printed or foiled, so you can request changes to wording, colours, or layout first.
Do you ship custom orders outside Ireland?
Printarelle currently ships within Ireland only. Every custom piece is handmade and foiled in our Mallow, Co. Cork studio.
What helps us quote faster
- The occasion or event date, so we know the turnaround you need
- Any names, dates, or wording you want included
