Designs run to chalices, crosses, doves, wildflowers and blossom, printed or pressed in real foil. About these Communion Favours
Communion favours get handed out in a hotel to a table of cousins who have been in the church since eleven and are now at the stage of running between the chairs. That is the actual use case, and it is why the practical containers outsell the delicate ones here by a distance. Sweet tubs with a lid travel better than anything open, and the 45g size is the one that suits a small hand.
The child's name goes on every favour rather than on one card in the middle of the table, which is the part people order these for. It is also what turns a bag of sweets into the thing the grandparents take a photograph of. Beyond the tubs there are 41ml mini and 106ml hexagonal glass jars, filled sweet cones, 40mm chocolate coins, lollipops, clear boxes, 40g chocolate bars and mini Neapolitans, so you can match the format to the room. Fills are jelly beans, winegums, chocolate lentils or mixed sweets, and most containers can be supplied empty instead.

Communion Favours questions, answered
Can I mix formats on one table?
Yes. Each format is its own order line, so plenty of people take cones for the children and coins or neapolitans for the adults, all in the same design family.
Can I order just one favour?
Only the glass jars and the clear boxes sell singly, from 2.20 euro for a mini glass jar. Everything else starts at a pack, usually ten, or five for the 40g chocolate bars.
How many should I order?
One per guest plus a few spare is the usual rule. Pack sizes run 10, 20, 30 and 50 across most formats, with the neapolitans going up to 100 and the chocolate bars starting at 5.
How far ahead should I order?
Two to three weeks is comfortable. That leaves room to agree the wording with you, dispatch within the usual working days, and still have the favours sitting at home well before the day.
How long before it arrives?
Made to order and dispatched within 2 to 4 working days, then standard An Post delivery within Ireland.
What if I spot a mistake in the details?
Message me straight away. If it has not gone to print yet I will fix it at no cost. Once it is printed and dispatched, a replacement is a paid reprint.
