The answer is usually an experience, and the problem with an experience is that there is nothing to hand over on the day. Is this an actual ticket?
No. It is a keepsake card that announces a gift or a surprise. It does not admit anyone to anything, and the real booking stays with you.
What can I put on it?
Names, a date, a venue, a destination or a short message, entered in the personalisation box on the product page. If you are giving a concert, a holiday or an experience, the keepsake is how you reveal it.
What if I spot a mistake in the details?
Message me straight away. If it has not gone to print yet I will fix it at no cost. Once it is printed and dispatched, a replacement is a paid reprint.
What foil colours do you offer?
Gold, silver, rose gold and holographic as standard, with over twenty five foil colours in the range. Each product page shows which colours are available for that design.
Can I choose the size, or is it fixed to the design?
Most keepsakes come in one size, listed on the product page, since they are designed to fit inside an envelope or a card. A few offer a size choice, and that is shown on the listing too.
How long before it arrives?
Made to order and dispatched within 2 to 4 working days, then standard An Post delivery within Ireland.
