About these 70th Birthday Cards
A seventieth is usually a full family occasion, and the card tends to be one of the things kept afterwards rather than recycled with the wrapping. That is worth designing for. The type on these is set generously so it reads easily across the room and across the table, and the wording stays warm rather than clever.
Printed on heavyweight cardstock in Mallow and blank inside, which matters here because a seventieth card often carries a proper written message rather than a signature. Real foil is pressed by hand, and gold is the finish that suits the occasion best.
A5 is the size to choose if more than one person is signing, which at a seventieth they usually are. How does personalising work?
On the product page there's a box for the name, age or wording you want. Some designs add that text into the printed design itself, others leave the inside blank for you to write by hand. Each product page says which one it is.
Can I see a proof before it's printed?
For a straightforward name and date, I print without a separate proof. If your wording is longer or unusual, message me first and I'll confirm it before it goes to print.
What if I spot a typo after I've ordered?
Message me as soon as you can. If it hasn't gone to print yet I can fix it for free. Once it's printed and dispatched, a replacement is a paid reprint.
What foil colours do you offer?
Gold, silver, rose gold and holographic, plus gold holographic on some designs, I have over 30 foil color to choose from. Each product page shows which colours are available for that card.
Which size should I pick?
A6 is the standard card size and A5 is roughly double, better when the design carries a lot of wording or you want it to feel like a keepsake.
How long before it arrives?
- Made to order and dispatched within 2-4 working days, then standard An Post delivery within Ireland.
