Cards for Husband

Husbands get a card every year for decades, which is a lot of cards to keep interesting. The split here is between the ones that say the thing properly and the ones that make the joke you have both been making since about year three. Anniversaries tend to pull the first, birthdays the second.

Filters cover the occasion, the style and the finish, so you can go straight to foil if it is a significant year.

Every card is made to order in my studio in Mallow, County Cork, printed on heavyweight cardstock and left blank inside, which is deliberate. Nobody wants a printed verse doing the talking on an anniversary. Real foil is pressed by hand one sheet at a time.
