How do I send you my personalisation details?

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with a simple form to fill in — name, date, time, venue and RSVP number. We'll send you a digital proof within 1–2 working days before we print anything, so you can check every detail.

How long does production take?

We allow 3–5 working days from proof approval to dispatch. If you need your invitations sooner, get in touch before ordering and we'll do our best to help.

Do the envelopes really come included?

Yes, always. Every pack includes one matching C6 envelope per card — white or cream, your choice at checkout. No hidden extras.

Can I see a sample before ordering a full pack?

We don't offer printed samples, but we do send a digital proof of your personalised design before printing. You can request any changes at that stage and we won't print until you're happy.

What size are the cards?

A6 — 105mm × 148mm. This is the most popular invitation size in Ireland, fits a standard C6 envelope, and posts easily as a standard letter. If you'd like a DL slim format instead, get in touch and we can arrange it.

What paper is used?

300gsm uncoated card. It's thick, has a lovely tactile finish, and makes your invitation feel like it means something — very different from the thin stock you get with mass-market print services.

Can I order more than 50 cards?

Absolutely. For orders over 50, contact us directly for a custom quote and we'll sort you out.

Do you ship outside Ireland?

Yes — we ship to the UK and across Europe. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
