Count everyone sitting down, including the children, then add roughly 10 percent for siblings, late additions and the one you will want to keep. Round up to the next pack rather than risk being short: because pricing is a flat 90c per coin at every pack size, going one pack bigger never costs you a worse rate.

What allergens are in the chocolate coins?
The milk chocolate contains milk and soya, and may contain nuts, peanuts and traces of cereals containing gluten. Every order arrives with the current allergen label, so check it before serving, and consider a wrapped non-chocolate favour for guests with dairy or nut allergies.
How far ahead should I order chocolate coins?
Order at least two weeks before the celebration. Dispatch itself takes 2 to 4 working days because every wrapper is personalised and finished by hand, and the extra week covers delivery and any wording changes you want to make.
What if my guest numbers change after I order?
Contact us as soon as you know. If your order has not yet been printed we can usually adjust the quantity, and because pricing is a flat 90c per coin, adding more never changes your rate. Ordering one pack size up from the start is the simplest insurance.
What can I personalise on the coin?
A name, date or short message, with roughly 15 to 20 characters fitting comfortably on most designs. A name on its own allows a little more room. The 38mm printed design is applied to the existing wrapper, so it never touches the chocolate.
Where are Printarelle chocolate coins made?
Every coin is personalised, finished, checked and packed by hand in our studio in Mallow, Co. Cork, then posted anywhere in Ireland. The chocolate itself arrives wrapped from our supplier and we never open or handle the chocolate directly.
