CConcerts in Ireland in 2026 have been one of the strongest runs in years, and the back half of the calendar is where the biggest nights sit. Croke Park takes The Weeknd and Bon Jovi within nine days of each other in August, Electric Picnic follows at the end of the month, and Westlife close out September across a long 3Arena residency.

Earlier 2026 shows including Metallica, Zach Bryan, Katy Perry, Take That, Dermot Kennedy, Luke Combs at Slane, The Wolfe Tones and Guns N' Roses have already played. How to Get Concert Tickets in Ireland
Almost every large venue show in Ireland is sold through Ticketmaster Ireland. The rest are worth knowing about, because presales and smaller gigs often sit somewhere else entirely.
One warning worth taking seriously. Third-party resale sites are not the same as official resale. A ticket bought there can be a screenshot of a barcode that has already been scanned, and you will not find out until you are standing at the gate with everyone else going in. If a show is sold out, use the official resale inside Ticketmaster and nothing else.
Getting to the Venue on the Night
Once you have the tickets, the next thing worth sorting is how you are getting in and, more importantly, how you are getting home. Stadium shows finish late and tens of thousands of people leave at once.
For the 3Arena, the Luas Red Line runs to The Point right beside the door, and Dublin Bus routes 151, G1, G2 and N4 serve it. Croke Park is walkable from the city centre, roughly five minutes by car from O'Connell Street. For the Aviva, the DART to Lansdowne Road drops you at the gate. Plan the journey with the TFI Journey Planner and check Dublin Bus event services, which lay on extra buses for big nights. Travelling up from Cork or anywhere outside Dublin, see Bus Éireann or Iarnród Éireann, and check the last train time before you book, because it is often earlier than the encore.
Gifting Concert Tickets Without It Falling Flat
The awkward part of gifting a concert is that there is nothing to hand over. The ticket is a QR code in an app, and forwarding an email at the breakfast table is not a moment. What are the biggest concerts left in Ireland in 2026?
The Weeknd plays Croke Park on 22 and 23 August with Bon Jovi at the same venue on 30 August, and Electric Picnic runs the weekend between them at Stradbally. Westlife then play 13 nights at the 3Arena through September, followed by J. Cole in October and Korn, Interpol and The Pogues before Christmas.
How late can I order a keepsake before the show?
We dispatch in 1 to 2 working days and post within Ireland, so a week before the show is comfortable. Under a week is tight once An Post is factored in. If the concert is in a few days, message us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it will land.
What if the concert date changes after I order?
Tours do move. Because the date is printed on the card, we would rather you wait until the booking is confirmed than reprint. If a show is rescheduled after you have ordered, get in touch and we will sort a replacement card out with you.
Where do I buy concert tickets in Ireland?
Ticketmaster Ireland handles most large venue shows, and Eventbrite covers smaller independent gigs. For sold-out shows, use official resale through Ticketmaster Exchange. Third-party resale sites carry a real risk of invalid tickets, and you will not find out until the gate.
